My summer home. (Don’t tell me any different!)
My first trip to the UK. I’m so excited to be going to Scotland and England. I say first trip because I’m sure this is only the beginning. A big thanks to Carole Johnson for making this whole thing possible.

So now I’m planning. Everywhere I go I take my Mac.
Carole: “You don’t want to do that. You have to remember we’ll be walking a lot and you’ll have to carry it with you.”
Me: “Bummer! Now what do I do?”
My hero husband comes to the rescue. He buys me a Bluetooth keyboard so I can carry my IPad. Problem solved. Except now, how am I going to carry all this around? (Carole told me about clocking 10 miles in one day on a previous trip. Hmm…)
Did I mention I raised a couple of heroes? One of my sons bought me a snazzy backpack/cross body purse with lots of pockets. Perfect for traipsing all over the UK with my valuables at hand. And in my favorite neon color, salmon pink. Bright enough to find when I have a Lucy moment and misplace it.
